Q Talks (Qundylyq Talks) is a TED Talks-style project launched within the framework of values-based education. It provides a platform where speakers can share their experiences, personal stories, or meaningful reflections.

Q Talks offers a new format for experience exchange between schools. Its main goal is to showcase impactful initiatives in the field of character education within educational institutions and to foster the exchange of best practices among schools.
Aitkhozhayev Khudoybergen is a mentor at Regional “BILIM-INNOVATION” Boarding Lyceum for Gifted Students No. 9 in Kyzylorda region. On the Q Talks stage, he shared insights into his work as a mentor:
"Each student in my class is like a book. The effort it takes to understand each one is equivalent to reading a book. What methods did I choose to get to know my students? How much time did I spend on each approach? Was I able to dedicate time to all 23 of my students in one day?"
