Completed studies at the Moscow Academy of Continuing Professional Education with a specialization in Career Guidance in Educational Institutions.

Graduated from Pavlodar Pedagogical University with a degree in Kazakh Language and Literature. Worked as a teacher at the “Bilim-Innovation” Lyceum in Pavlodar from 2014 to 2018. From 2020 to 2023, served as Deputy Principal of the “Bilim-Innovation” Lyceum in Kulsary.

Holds a Master’s degree in Pedagogy (SDU) and Family Counseling (Poland). Organized four national conferences for BIL psychologists and three national seminars for teachers on psychology and child protection. Additionally, completed internships in Child Protection at CIS Germany, Coaching at North American University, and the Science of Well-Being at Yale University. Currently pursuing further education in Russia as a counseling psychologist.
