"ORGANIZE THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS AT SCHOOL TOGETHER WITH US"
Qundylyq — We help implement values-based education grounded in the successful experience of “Bilim-Innovation” lyceums.
Qundylyq – Shaping values-based mindsets in schools across Kazakhstan.
Qundylyq – A professional education and consulting center in Kazakhstan. It contributes to improving the psychological and educational environment in schools through advanced courses and practices based on a values-driven approach.
We believe that positive change in the world begins at school. That’s why schools should become a space where every child is understood, accepted, and protected.
Our values
Morality and Respect
Kazakhstani schools should focus on the personal development of each child, show trust, and take into account their individual efforts, requests, and interests. Only then will students become active and fully engaged participants in the learning process.
A supportive and safe learning environment
The learning process should be free from stress-inducing factors. This gives children a sense of freedom and creates a “success-enabling environment” necessary for achieving high academic outcomes.
Creative freedom and self-expression of one’s abilities
An open and supportive environment is a key factor in unlocking the unique talents and abilities of both students and teachers.
Progress and Transformation
A school is no longer just an educational institution — it is becoming an agent of change. Positive transformation in today’s Kazakhstan must begin here.
Professional Development and Innovation
We create opportunities for every participant in the Kazakhstani school system to gain new knowledge and adopt best practices.
Patriotism and Global Citizenship
In the context of modern realities, national values can be integrated with global social values.

During the course, countless thoughts came to mind: “This is exactly the issue we have at our school — and it turns out there’s a solution. I need to change my perspective. This is how we can teach reading to both adults and children. We should dedicate the upcoming months to specific values...” I had no doubt that my colleagues were having similar reflections.
